Job Title: Lead Unity Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unity Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and programming video games for the Steam platform using Unity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the dev team of our first game
• Build the architecture for all our Unity projects
• Collaborate with the game design and art teams to implement gameplay features and mechanics
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# using Unity
• Optimize game performance and memory usage
• Debug and fix issues in the game code
• Mentor and train junior programmers in the team
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and development tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in programming video games using Unity
• At least 2 shipped tittle on Steam
• Strong understanding of game development principles, data structures, algorithms and software engineering concepts
• Proficiency in C# and Unity game engine
• Experience with Steam SDK and integrating Steamworks features into the game
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading the creation of high-quality visual assets for video games on the Steam platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the art team to create high-quality visual assets, including concept art, 3D models, textures, and animations
• Collaborate with the game design and programming teams to ensure that the visual style of the game is consistent with the game's overall vision and direction
• Develop and maintain the art pipeline and workflow, ensuring that it is efficient and effective
• Create and maintain style guides and art documentation
• Ensure that all visual assets meet the technical requirements of the game engine and the platform (Steam)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in creating visual assets for video games, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of art and design principles, including composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Expertise in industry-standard art software, such as Photoshop, Maya, or 3ds Max
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and workflows
